[Surfraw-devel] [patch] Add Google Translate to elvi/translate

Howdy, folks!

I wanted to translate something from Latin today, and
discovered that (horror of horrors!) I had to visit a Web
page to do it, since [Babel][1] doesn't support it. This
should fix that, since [Google Translate][2] allows you to
translate between several more languages.
