Package: surfraw
Version: 2.2.9-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The package is meant to be a command line convenience tool; however, it
uses web-sites that aren't compatible with command-line (ie. text)
browsers.

Examples:

1) elvi: currency
there are many alternative sites and services; surely one can be
found to be compatible with a text browser?

2) elvi: wolfram
    site requires javascript

BTW: I originally wanted to submit this report upstream directly;
however, the developers have chosen to host the project on gitlab, which
doesn't accept my email domain as legitimate for registration.

Versions of packages surfraw depends on:
ii falkon [www-browser] 3.0.0-3
ii firefox-esr [www-browser] 60.4.0esr-1
ii lynx [www-browser] 2.8.9rel.1-2
ii w3m [www-browser] 0.5.3-36+b1

Versions of packages surfraw recommends:
ii curl 7.62.0-1
ii libwww-perl 6.36-1
pn surfraw-extra <none>
ii w3m 0.5.3-36+b1
ii wget 1.20-1

Versions of packages surfraw suggests:
ii screen 4.6.2-3
