Hi all,
I plan to complete a new release of Surfraw over the next few weeks. I
opened an issue on the repo [1] a while back.
Is there anything specific that you'd like included in the release? Do
you also know of any noteworthy patches or issues for Surfraw made in
the distros?
If you haven't been keeping up, here's a summary of the changes since
the last release:
1. Various consistency and robustness improvements for bash completions
2. Re-allow bash completions to be installed from source
3. Various updates to some elvi
4. HTTPS support for opensearch scripts
5. Elvis-specific completions: It's not dependent on any specific shells
(or any shell at all), but only bash support for it has been implemented
for now
It would also probably be worth it to prune or update elvi that don't
work anymore before we release.
Cheers,
Gabriel
