[Syslog-ng-maintainers] Preparing the 3.5.2-1 upload

Hi!

I just updated the Git repo on Alioth for 3.5.2-1 (new upstream, with RC
bugfixes and some minor packaging fixes). I plan to upload it on Sunday
(or Monday latest), so if you want anything changed or updated, please
either commit it, or let me know.
