This is the same as #650814, which has been fixed in syslog-ng >= 3.4
(and thus in testing and sid, and in wheezy-backports too). There are no
plans to fix the issue in the 3.3 branch. If you wish to stick with 3.3
(and not use 3.5 from backports), I'd recommend either installing
syslog-ng-mod-sql, or passing --default-modules to syslog-ng, to
override its default.
