Good catch, I'll consider updating the default config with the next
syslog-ng upload. Thanks for the suggestion!

(Putting the includes at the end had other, beneficial properties, so
moving them further up isn't as straightforward as one might imagine. It
can easily break existing configurations, which is something I'd rather
avoid. But I'll explore my options anyway!)
