 Sure, but tried in my unclean chroot, in an up-to-date+clean pbuilder
tree and on porterboxes. Then did a sourceful upload and it was
working everywhere, seems tzdata pulled in some other way.

 Needs checking, now I don't think it needs a depends on tzdata.
