Yes.  You can see the problem in some MUAs which have problem to
highlight the signature properly.  In some MUAs (like for instance mutt)
you just specify the signature text and the MUA is injecting the propper
'-- \n' string.  In all other cases at least 50% of people will do it
wrong.
