[Teammetrics-discuss] The encodings issue

Hi,

I have been studying the encoding errors for the debian-med-commit
lists and here are some findings. Out of a total of 7978 records, we
have just 7 errors related to encoding. And most of those are clearly
SPAM.

Just to be extra sure, I tried using the chardet [0] to try and detect
the encoding -- but it fails to detect that.

I think the encoding issue should be considered handled now. Once you
confirm it, I will close this issue.
