[Teammetrics-discuss] NNTP error

psql: FATAL:  Rolle >>sukhbir<< existiert nicht

Please enable this later for `teammetrics` database if you think I
might need it.

For now, as a workaround, I have modified NNTP so that:

- I don't require root permissions.
- Only creation of mbox archives is tested because that is what was
causing problems.

It is running and I have set the path to: `/home/sukhbir/teammetrics`
for everything. I prefer this because I don't want to run root and it
will keep all the mess in one single directory only :)
