Hi,

I just ran `lookupnames.py` again because of the pending '-guest' names issue.

Out of 81 names:

    Downloaded: 31, Failed: 50

Failed ones are those for which profiles have been deleted. If these
names come in the top 10 for lists, I will try manually searching them
on Google but for now, let's leave them like this.

Last time, `names.list` had a line count of 432. Now:

$ wc -l etc/teammetrics/names.list
463 etc/teammetrics/names.list

I have updated the database on `blends` with the new names also.

PS: `lookupnames.py` is turning out to be very helpful.
