For SVN, this is ignored because this is taxing work -- what we do is
call each revision, then compute the lines added and deleted since SVN
keeps no track of this. With Git, this is already fast, so it's there.
But feel free to ignore for both SVN and Git, because it doesn't make
much sense anyways :)
