[tryton-debian] Missing pydist-overrides in account-payment-clearing

Shouldn't usually be needed, because t-m-account-payment is in the archive, but
that is another problem to be solved separately.

Committed the forgotten pydist-overrides and correction of changelog entry and
released as 3.4.1-2.
