Of course I wouldn't expect this to be done by the package maintainer (if he
is not the upstream), but upstream projects should be interested to use a
supported library instead of a not maintained one. 18 months without release for
suds-jurko despite a number of quite simple and tested pull requests, not
speaking of original suds with no activity since years should be a strong
motivation to move elsewhere.
