Package: tryton-server
Version: 3.0.0-2

The fact that unoconv was changed in version 3.0.0-2 from Suggest to
Recommends make the installation with default option of tryton-server
install all the dependencies of unoconv which include libreoffice-core,
libgtk2, libx11 etc.
I think it gives the wrong message to user that trytond can not work
properly without all this packages (which are not very welcomed on a
server). Indeed unoconv is a very optional feature which is implement in
the core to ease its integration by custom module.

So I suggest to revert to unoconv being a Suggest.
