Thanks for your extended tests.
Just as a quick workaround you could remove
tryton-modules-stock-package-shipping-dpd, if you don't need it immediately.
The current version of six in jessie doesn't fulfil the requirements of
python-zeep (>=1.9). But you should be well with installing the version from
jessie-backports (Note: this backport entry is already enabled with
http://debian.tryton.org/debian/tryton-jessie-4.2.list).
Could you try please with
sudo apt-get install -t jessie-backports python-six
If you are using tryton-sao, then as well please do
sudo apt-get install -t jessie-backports libjs-jquery
