Just wanted to let you know, that the resolution of the name conflict is on the
way to get solved with python-magic 2:0.4.15-1~exp1.

relatorio_0.8.0-1~exp1 was just built and uploaded. It builds against 
python-magic (>=2:0.4.15-1~exp1) and all tests are passing succesfully.

So all packages with embedded code copies of python-magic should now be able to
make use of the debian package.
