[Tts-project] TTS project web page :-)

Dear all,

I have successfully edited: https://tts.alioth.debian.org/
A 403 Forbidden error appeared before, and now a simple HTML page appears
showing  a link to the alioth webpage.


According to [1], the web site is hosted at git.debian.org (or
alioth.debian.org) in the /home/groups/tts/htdocs directory.

In order to edit it I simply:
ssh git.debian.org
cd /home/groups/tts/htdocs
nano index.html

Feel free to edit the page if you want or if you get into any kind of
trouble, feel free to ask me to do it.
