[Tts-project] Requesting sponsorship for Catalan Festival support

Dear TTS team,

As you may already know, I am maintaining Catalan support for Festival.

Catalan is a language spoken in the north-east part of Spain (for
instance in Barcelona, the city where I was born) with around 8
million native speakers.

I contact you to ask for help sponsoring two packages:
I have packaged the latest version for the language support
(festival-ca package) and for the packaged voice (festvox-ca-ona-hts
package) and I would be very grateful if someone from the TTS team
sponsored it.

These packages fix some bugs related to
"saying-words-split-with-dashes" and add preliminary support to other
Catalan dialects. Packages are quite simple so I don't think I will
steal much of your time :-)
