Hi,

while analyzing a FTBFS in brltty, I noticed that libspeechd-dev has
become unusable:

  $ echo '#include <libspeechd.h>' | gcc -x c -c -
  In file included from <stdin>:1:0:
  /usr/include/libspeechd.h:31:32: fatal error: libspeechd_version.h: No such file or directory
  compilation terminated.

There is /usr/include/speech-dispatcher/libspeechd_version.h ...
