[Tts-project] Bug#943402: Bug#943402: I have the same issue

I was able to reproduce the issue and I submitted a merge request here:

I am facing a technical issue with line endings in the source code and the
patch, so quilt refuses to apply it.
Does anyone know how to fix those?
