Well, this is not really a "small request" since much has changed, with
new licenses, new packaging, etc.

It seems that the tarball on

https://github.com/RHVoice/RHVoice/archive/refs/tags/1.8.0.tar.gz

does not actually contain the voice files. Which tarball are we supposed
to use?
