[Tts-project] Speech feedback related packages

Hello Samuel,

Very much thanks for your work on my packages. Now I've updated
everything and, if I did not miss something valuable, think it's time to
update my upload on mentors.debian.net.

I did not add new stanza in debian/changelog for new upload version, but
amended the one that closes the ITP bug. Is it correct?
