Dear Maintainer,
I have noticed an issue with speech dispatcher that affects orca disabling its speech capabilities and could possibly effect the accessible debian installer

 I have done the following, changed orca's preferences then clicked ok, speech dispatcher immediately stopped running though orca was still running
