[Tts-project] removing myself from Uploaders

Hi,

Following up on what I said in a discussing last year [1], I have just 
pushed a set of changes removing me from the Uploaders field of most 
packages in the a11y/tts domain. I'm proud I contributed a bit to this 
area of Debian, but I've moved in Debian. I think I missed a couple of 
packages (ironically, those in dgit), please remove my name next time 
one of these packages is touched.
