Yes, because speech-dispatcher is now run by the user.

6MB is actually extremely small for /run

Instead it would fill the disk long-term, since logrotate cannot rotate
user logs...

Perhaps we should rather reduce the default loglevel to 2, so it does
not log utterances etc.
