Hey Deepak,

The CMake chain for libt4k_common should be able to handle Doxygen out of
the box with (IIRC) `make doc` ...I'm not sure about TuxMath or the
Autotools chain, but if you're interested in Doxygentation it might be a fun
side-project to set them up for docs automation as well.

As for what to use in the source, pretty much ANY form you like is better
than nothing :) But Doxy is probable the best choice, yes.
