These days, now that SDL2 is out, the next step we should take is to
update Tux Paint to the SDL2 API.

THEN we can do sane ports to iOS and Android, as well as add
multi-touch support & other goodies. :)

SDL2 was a long time coming, and I haven't had time to even look at it yet. :-/
