Neither.  SDL2 would probably be the preferred library to use.  Some of our
projects have used NME/Haxx/OpenFL, or Phaser.
I wrote that same memory program while taking that same class.  Took me
less than on hour.  For GSoC we are looking at several weeks of coding, not
some simple 1 hour memory card game knock-off.
