[Tux4kids-discuss] Idea for Google Summer of Code

First of all let me introduce myself. I am Angad currently pursuing Under
graduation from The University of Hong Kong. I am currently in my first
year My major is Computer Science.

I have also participated in Google Code In 2012 and Google Code in 2013.
Currently I am also doing an Internship with a startup company, Techxygen
Solutions Limited. I am a software engineer Intern developing mobile
applications for the android platform. (And in the coming few months, I
will also work on the iOS platform). At the current moment I have been
working on a social networking application.

I was interested in doing a Summer of Code Project for Tux4Kids. I was
especially interested in the Tux4Kids Mobile, *Develop Mobile applications
for Tux4kids. *I was thinking about developing an application for Tux
Typing. At the moment I am familiar with the Java-Android platform. But if
my proposal is accepted I am willing to spend some time getting used
to MOAI/Lua/C++ before the start of the program. I am a very avid learner
and I believe I should not take a lot of time to get familiar with
this platform. As it is I am very much familiar with C++.
