[Tux4kids-discuss] wave file issue

Thanks Laura. Can confirm. History on the file looks like 
https://github.com/tux4kids/tuxmath/commits/master/data/sounds/buzz.wav

The oldest version also appears corrupt. However I found a copy that 
does work, circa 2014. I wonder how the heck that happened. IMO, it's 
just as well to replace with something new. Any strong opinions either way?
