The program already includes a French translation - users can just install it 
and select the French language within the program.  It doesn't (yet) pay 
attention to locales, so it won't automagically come up in French on a 
French-localized system.  There are currently 23 languages supported.

In the near future, we hope to switch to Gnu Gettext as a more standard 
internationalization framework.  TuxMath was recently fully 
internationalized, although we only have a few translations so far.
