[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] en-gb localisation

I've made a British English theme. The differences are slight - 2
words removed from one of the word lists (SHANT and PLAID). I removed
shant because it is slang, and plaid because it is much more commonly
used in us english. The actual lang.po is identical as there are
currently no words in the program that are spelt differently in the
UK.
