The "Lessons" xml activity was created by folks no longer involved with the
project, and in all honesty, I don't think anyone has a very detailed
understanding of how it works - at least I don't. I think that a bunch of
new lessons were created for the Indic languages by Mobin Mohan
mobinmohan at gmail.com for GSoC - he may have the best insights. I would
suggest studying the existing lessons and making incremental modifications.

And, also, (b) have you already created several since version 1.5.15? (my

At least for English, there aren't any new ones.

The "Lessons" activity is probably the single most visible example of
something that needs further work to make it look like a finished product.
I'm currently adapting all of TuxType to support fullscreen mode at native
resolution, and right now I'm getting "Practice" to draw correctly. After
that I'll look at "Lessons", then probably release 1.6.0.

The latest stable release of TuxType at www.tux4kids.com is 1.5.17.

We would greatly welcome more "content", whether xml lessons, word lists, or
artwork for the menu buttons, etc.

Sorry I don't have any more specific recs.
