[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] Text to Speech

For the text to speech support :
-There are many libraries available on the net but not all languages are
covered-There are platform issues with some as well

I found a few of the libraries which were appreciable. One of them is the
"espeak" library...
it has support for many languages, it's platform is linux and windows and it
is written in C++.

I wanted to discuss about the feasibility of possible use of espeak.....
