[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] new website

Hi,

while preparing tuxtype 1.7.5 for Debian I noticed several short comings with 
the website:

- 1.7.5 is not linked
- on the tuxmath page the source for tuxtype is linked
- https://alioth.debian.org/frs/?group_id=31080 is not linked neither, so that
  it's impossible to navigate to newer releases when they are not linked.
- the code still lives in htdocs/newsitetest - I suggest to move it to
  htdocs/ :-)

Also I'm must say that I'm not really happy with the navigation yet. 
http://tux4kids.alioth.debian.org/tuxtype/ looks like a totally different 
website then http://tux4kids.alioth.debian.org/ and it's hard to see how to 
get back. And it's hard to find that place in the first place - I suggest to 
add the three projects in the "project" submenu on 
http://tux4kids.alioth.debian.org/ so it's easier to find.
