[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] speech synthesis

Hi,

by chance I stumbled upon the MBROLA project, which aims to provide speech 
synthesis in as many languages as possible, see 
http://tcts.fpms.ac.be/synthesis/

From a quick look it seems to be a solution for the "speech synthesis for many 
languages" problem. 

mbrola is not packaged for Debian yet, but shall be soon:
