[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] Quick fix for release (tuxtype scripts)

I threw a few sed scripts into the build process that basically fix up the
xml tuxtype scripts depending on whether you are building for windows or
not. This is a temporary fix, and I know it isn't glamorous at all. But in
the short term, the scripts will display correctly.

I am making the assumption that sed can be called on any build system that
tuxtype can be built on, but I have only tested this with a native linux
build and the mingw cross-build.

If anyone has trouble building because of the added scripts, let me know and
I will take them out of the build process so they have to be run manually.
