Thanks for your patch! It is true that admin program is incomplete and needs development.
Please tell us more about ideas. Would you like to work only on GUI or both backend and GUI?
How would you implement clippit or ribbon interface? Which Qt4 classes would you use? 
Could provide sample screenshots of admin tool with ribbon interface? How would it be more intuitive?

Essentially a general description of project + answers to those questions + information about you 
suffices for an application.
