[ubuntu-dev] Bug#816097: Possible point of interest, sbuild does not exhibit this bug

There doesn't seem to be much if any activity around this bug for pbuilder
/ cowbuilder. I did want to let folks know that sbuild does not have the
same issues with the armhf emulation. Meaning I've successfully built armhf
binaries for Sid and Xenial on a Xenial host machine using sbuild.

It took an hour or two to get used to the sbuild tools, but they aren't
really any trickier to get working than pbuilder was. This article from the
Ubuntu wiki was quite helpful:

so if anybody is stuck here, I'd advise checking sbuild out.
