A (git) workflow for Debian packaging

I lvoe replying to my own posts. I don't want to hammer upstream's
repository, which is behind an ADSL line, so I changed the
instructions a bit so that the upstream branch now comes from
git.debian.org:

  http://scratch.madduck.net/blog__drafts__2007.10.03_packaging-with-git.rst

Also, I realise that there are other ways to set up the
infrastructure, but this happens to be the one I prefer, even though
it's slightly more complicated. However, it gives me full control
over what I fetch and how branches are named, so I don't have to
rename them later. Still, suggestions welcome.
