Features of different version control package systems

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a list of different features from different version
control package systems.

At this moment only Fedora, Gentoo Portage and rPath Linux are listest
(I don't have much experience with Debian)

I'd welcome everybody to add any missing vcs-pkg systems, please tell me
if some feature is missing.

When this list is more complete we can choose the best features and try
to adapt the other features in a interface like manner.
