Summary: Workable file-upload UI

Initial Comment:
The file upload UI in minicom is horrible.  When it shows you a directory and you chose "goto", it doesn't take a path relative to what it's showing you, but only relative to somewhere else (the home directory?  the directory where it was started?).

The tagging mechanism isn't very well explained, it doesn't start in the same directory where you last uploaded something, etc.
