Summary: Needs fix to work on Mac OS X

Initial Comment:
To make minicom 2.1 (source distribution) compile on Mac OS X (10.2), you need
to add the include <machine/types.h> prior to each instance of including dirent.h.

Programs affected:
   windiv.c
   getsdir.h

Well, no answer so far and I really need some assistance
here (no OS X here).

Is there a Define/Macro which is set when compiling for OS/X?
Or an autoconf test macro? I couldn't find one in the
documentation and there isn't a <machine/types.h> on
my box so I probably need to make it conditional.
