[Nut-upsdev] NSS branch pull request

Hi guys,

This is a pull request to finally merge NSS feature in nut trunk:
https://github.com/clepple/nut/pull/3
This is the direct patching from the HEAD of ssl-nss-port subversion
branch with some minor changes.

Configures without ssl, with openssl and with nss compile fine.
Make distcheck-light is OK too.

The DVT have been successfully passed by Fred Bohe (Eaton).
