That's the case neither on Debian, nor in any of the example service
files shipped in the 1.9.1 upstream tarball. If there's a good reason
to add this in OpenSuSE, perhaps it could be upstream'ed? Any pointer
to the justification for this change? (There's at least one that I can
think of, but if someone already wrote it down somewhere, I'm
all ears.)
