Find attached three patches:
0001-Use-source-Upstream-Version-for-Breaks.patch
Use ${source:Upstream-Version} for Breaks instead of hardcoding 1.15.1.

0002-Support-DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS-nocheck.patch
Invoke dh_auto_test with options instead of calling "make check" since
it takes care of (not) running the testsuite in special circunstances
(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck, or crossbuild)

0003-Add-Build-Depends-Package-entries-to-symbol-files.patch
Add Build-Depends-Package entries to symbol files. (See
deb-symbols(5)).
