Please accept exim4 4.92 (final version) into unstable

Hello,

it seems there are problems fetching the latest version of exim4 [1]:

Looks like there is no package inside the "/test/" folder (anymore) [2].
However exim-4.92.tar.* files exist in the parent folder [3].

Given that eximdoc4 4.92 final [4] did land in unstable already [5]
shouldn't the exim4 package itself be uploaded as well now?

We would like to have exim4 4.92 available in Ubuntu 19.04 ("Disco Dingo"),
which has it's "Debian Import Freeze" on February 21st (just 4 days left)
[6].

If someone could upload the final version (to both Debian and Ubuntu repos)
that would be really great.
