Please accept exim4 4.92 (final version) into unstable

I know. I manually switch the watchfile to/from test during/after an exim
release cyle. If you know a way to let the watchfile search *both* in
exim4/ and exim4/test/ I would be happy to hear about it.

I am currently waiting for rc6 (which is identical to the release except
for the version string) to migrate to testing.

I have uploaded 4.92-1 to experimental, to get buildd coverage and plan
to upload to unstable on Wednesday. - Can Ubuntu sync from experimental?
