geary backport to bullseye

Hi,

I've been having various issues with geary (3.38.1-1) in stable,
including the search just flat out not working (#1003658), a geary
long-running process in the background, and most recently not being
able to connect to my imap server (nothing changed on the server side
or the client side, it would just start disconnecting randomly and not
being able to reconnect - I suspect related to some email that it's
trying to read).

I'm trying out a backport of geary 40.0-7, and so far it's working much
better; search works, no extra background process that I need to kill
in order to fully restart it, and it's also not refusing to connect to
the server (yet). If it continues working properly, I'm thinking I'd
like to upload to backports.debian.org, or I'm requesting that you do
so as package maintainer. I know 40.0-7 isn't yet in testing, which is
why I sent a fix for #1016254 to unblock the migration; the migration
should hopefully happen in the next few days.

As far as the backport, I had to backport the following packages:

gi-docgen_2022.1+ds-1~bpo11+1_source.changes
libhandy-1_1.8.0-1~bpo11+1_source.changes
geary_40.0-7~bpo11+1_source.changes

The gi-docgen and libhandy backports were straightforward, with no
package changes required. Geary required dropping a few patches and
also versioned build-deps. If I missed anything (patches that are also
specifically for newer versions of gnome/glib/etc and will break stuff
on bullseye), or am breaking something by ignoring the versioning of
libgoa and libmessaging-menu, I'd appreciating knowing.

Here's the changelog:
  * Rebuild for bullseye-backports.
  * Add myself as an uploader.
  * libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev build-dep to libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev >= 2.38, &
    also drop d/patches/build-Fix-building-against-libsoup3.patch.
  * Drop d/patches/Support-GNOME-42-dark-theme-preference.patch.
  * Drop d/patches/build-Remove-explicit-libsoup-dependency.patch to fix
    building with bullseye's glib.
  * Drop build-dep versioning of libgoa-1.0-dev and
libmessaging-menu-dev.

Thanks,
Andres
